Hours & Pay

• Projected Pay Rate: $38.28-$42.00 per hour
• Schedule: Standard full-time business hours
• Paid Time Off: 40 hours PTO plus 10 paid holidays

What You'll Do

• Develop, execute, and maintain SQL queries using IBM AS/400, relational databases, and QMF or equivalent tools
• Build and manage a reusable library of SQL queries and templates
• Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
• Lead data evaluation efforts supporting root cause analysis
• Perform data trend analysis and publish automated analytical reports
• Design dashboards that demonstrate team productivity and performance
• Support cost savings initiatives and the reduction of dealer transactions per claim
• Prepare, validate, and present cost reduction and analytical reports
• Create reference materials and document technical specifications and business requirements
• Document operational procedures and process flows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

What We're Looking For

• Experience writing and maintaining SQL queries in IBM AS/400 or comparable environments
• Strong Python skills
• Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize complex data sets
• Experience performing root cause analysis and trend reporting
• Dashboard design and reporting experience using analytical tools
• Strong documentation skills for technical, operational, and process-related materials
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
