We are currently seeking a Sr. Recruiter who will own end-to-end recruitment for the Pittsburgh office while driving global talent initiatives that strengthen our employer brand and workforce strategy. This role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring we attract and engage high performers, and retain top talent across diverse markets.


Main responsibilities:



  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Pittsburgh roles, from job scoping to offer negotiation and onboarding;
  • Serve as a Talent Advisor to HR and hiring managers, influencing workforce planning and talent strategies aligned with business objectives;
  • Partner with leadership to anticipate future talent needs and develop proactive recruitment plans that support organizational growth;
  • Champion initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice, including local and global branding campaigns, social media presence, and community engagement;
  • Contribute to global projects such as talent pipeline development, recruitment technology optimization, and candidate experience enhancements;
  • Facilitate structured interview processes using our Values-Based Interviewing framework to identify high performers and cultural fit;
  • Oversee relocation processes for candidates moving to Pittsburgh, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with company policies;
  • Monitor recruitment trends and emerging technologies to keep the organization competitive in talent acquisition.



Requirements:



  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced degree or HR certification (an asset);
  • Possess five (5+) years of progressive experience in full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition, with exposure to global or multi-region hiring strategies;
  • Proven ability to act as a Talent Advisor, influencing senior leaders and shaping workforce planning decisions;
  • Demonstrated success in building active and passive talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing strategies;
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance at federal and state levels - International level as an asset;
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms; familiarity with recruitment analytics tools is a plus;
  • Expertise in behavioral and values-based interviewing to identify high performers and cultural fit;
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization;
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging metrics to improve recruitment outcomes and candidate experience;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to influence and drive decisions;
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in ATS systems (experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred) and advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Global mindset and experience contributing to international talent initiatives or employer branding campaigns.
