Responsibilities ECS is offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to join our Mid-Atlantic Facilities team in Richmond, VA. This role provides senior technical oversight, project delivery leadership, and staff mentorship. ECS Associate Principals serve as key client-facing leaders, responsible for ensuring project deliverables are high-quality and timely in addition to supporting business development and growth goals of the business. In this role, you will spend approximately 30-40% of your time pursuing new projects, business development activities, proposals, staff management, and training. 60-70% of your time will be engaged in project work at a Principal oversight level as well as key client management.
