We're looking for a motivated and detailoriented Corporate Tax Intern to join our tax team for the upcoming term. This internship is designed for students who want handson experience in corporate taxation and U.S. tax compliance within a fastpaced business environment. You'll work closely with experienced tax professionals and gain exposure to realworld tax processes that support strategic business decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with corporate tax return preparation: Support the preparation of federal, state, and U.S. international tax filings and related schedules.
  • Perform tax research: Analyze regulations, rulings, and tax law changes to help the team interpret impacts on the business.
  • Organize and maintain tax documentation: Ensure accurate and complete workpapers for audits and internal reviews.
  • Participate in special projects: Contribute to process improvements, technology initiatives, and crossfunctional projects.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams: Work with accounting, finance, and operations to collect and validate taxrelated information.

What We're Looking For

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and basic data analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in corporate tax or public accounting
