Description:
  • Act as Technical Lead, directly responsible for leading the analysis, solution design, and implementation ofWeb Applications and Services
Essential Functions & Duties:
  • Design, develop and test enterprise web APIs, user interfaces, and batch jobs
  • Work with product management to translate requirements into technical design and provide estimates
  • Develop high quality, shippable code in short increments
  • Work closely with engineering and QA to manage code quality
  • Work closely with security to meet required security controls
  • Creation of custom software within an agile team environment
  • Define and implement unit and integration tests
  • Creating and managing new profiles in the Salesforce software.
  • Monitoring the access level of all the profiles in the software.
  • Maintaining and managing the sales cloud efficiently
  • Upgrading and configuring salesforce systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of the various principles of data management.
Skills, Qualifications and Certifications of Best Candidates:
  • Proficient in utilizing various Java language features and paradigms, including libraries such as Lombok and Hibernate.
  • Proficient in utilizing various features of JavaSpringBoot, such as Spring security and JPA.
  • Proficient with JavaScript and all main features of Angular, including the Angular Router, component lifecycle etc.
  • Ability to recognize and delineate a subset of language and library features to be used in a project, and ensure code conforms to those opinions.
  • Experience working in a Linux development environment, using git for version control.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, ECS, EKS
  • Expert in application database interoperation and data modeling, Postgres preferred
  • Expert skills in REST, JSON, SOAP, WSDL and XML Schema
  • Define and implement unit and integration tests
  • Experience withMaven or Gradle
  • Exhibit excellent problem solving and data analysis skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as appropriate
  • Able to work at the highest technical level of all phases of application development, systems analysis and data analysis and manipulation
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experienced leading technical teams and setting technical directions for developer staff
  • Work well with an established team
  • Excel in rapidly changing environments
  • Ability to analyze someone else's code and assume ownership
  • Discipline to document code
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities

  • Professional certificate as a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator will be mandatory.

  • Ability to attain Federal Government Position of Trust. Must be a U.S. citizen, foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States or resident alien. Must pass a background investigation.
Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Experience working with multiple federal organizations simultaneously
  • SCRUM/Agile Development experience including experience working on a distributed team
  • Experience using SoapUI, Postman or similar tool for testing web services
  • Web accessibility knowledge WCAG 2.0\Section 508

Compensation for roles at Synergy varies depending on a wide variety of factors including but not limited to the requirements of the role; education and certifications; knowledge, training, skills and abilities; level of experience; geographic location; and alignment with market data, law, and other business and organizational needs.As required by local law, the posted pay range represents the lowest to the highest pay that Synergy believes in good faith it might pay for this particular job, depending on the circumstances. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $123,000.00 - $180,000.00.

Essential Job Function Physical Requirements: The physical requirements of this position are critical in evaluating the qualifications and abilities of an applicant or employee. The physical efforts needed to perform the essential duties of this job 90% of the time are repetitive motions, grasping, holding, and finger dexterity of the hands, reading, writing, eye-hand coordination, color distinction, and full visual abilities, hearing, talking, sitting, and use of IT equipment, phones, and office machines.
