Typical Day in the Life

We are currently seeking a Client & Practice Solutions Manager on the R&D Tax Credits & Incentives team at Eide Bailly. As a Client & Practice Solutions Manager on the team, you will support our R&D tax professionals through client engagement, providing technical training to our team members, supporting AI integration, and practice management activities to enhance the client and team member experience.

A typical day as a Client & Practice Solutions Manager on the R&D Tax Credits & Incentives team might include the following:

  • Supporting the management team through designated client engagement activities.
  • Leading initiatives with AI integration.
  • Growing the practice through coordination on marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Assisting with the design and implementation of process improvements and workflow management with on and offshore resources.
  • Supporting the partner team through operational initiatives including business development pipeline, billing, and financial statement analysis and tracking.
  • Assisting with service line extensions and secondary product offerings.
  • Aiding in the technical training of our team members.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of best practices within the R&D Tax Credits & Incentives practice.

Who You Are

  • You have the ability to interact and communicate effectively, clearly in writing and verbally, to all levels at an organization, including those in the C-suite.
  • You can work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities and communicating effectively.
  • You have the desire to serve others to ensure a successful experience for the team and our clients
  • You are organized and can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify the source of a problem and create and test solutions.
  • You have strong computer skills and are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • You have at least 5 years of R&D Tax experience.

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Compensation: $60,000-$85,000

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
