Regional Manager, Talent Acquisition

FULLTIME OPPORTUNITY

Hybrid South and NE Region

(FL, GA,TN,MS,DC,VA,NY,PA,IL)

Compensation $100,000 to $110,000 DOE

This role is bonus potential

We're hiring a Regional Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and support recruiting efforts across the Northeast and South regions. This peoplefocused leader will oversee a team of recruiters responsible for sourcing and hiring EMS clinicians and other critical roles that support our mission of providing care at a moment's notice. The recruitment talent partner will play a key role in our HR commitment to excellence, shaping our culture, embodying key competencies in human resources and talent acquisition, and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Defines and drives efficient and effective regional recruitment processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure a consistent, highquality level of recruitment service across supported brands.
  • Partners closely with recruitment leaders, hiring managers, and department heads to understand workforce needs, provide consultative guidance, and create comprehensive recruitment plans.
  • Advises on and manages job posting promotion and advertisement campaigns, including job description updates and job board posting strategies to attract the right talent.
  • Defines and implements various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referral strategies-to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Oversee team management of candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system workflows, ensuring accurate and uptodate documentation of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  • Provides regular reports and presents recruitment metrics such as timetofill, costperhire, pipeline health, and quality of hire to hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership by modeling high performance, offering coaching and constructive feedback, and fostering development across the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Maintains a strong aptitude for technology with the ability and desire to learn new systems, tools, and platforms that enhance recruiting effectiveness.
  • Utilizes ATS and reporting tools to educate supported teams on requisition activity, applicant pipelines, and hiring trends.
  • Serves as a subjectmatter expert on assigned markets and business units, offering insights to influence recruiting strategies and workforce planning.
  • Exhibits excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels, leading discussions, training sessions, and strategy meetings that support recruitment goals.
  • Demonstrates strong internal motivation with the ability to work independently while also contributing meaningfully to a cohesive, collaborative Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience managing recruiting teams.
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact and present to all levels of leadership.
  • Skilled in advanced sourcing, talent pipeline development, and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
  • Proven success in coaching and developing recruiting teams.
  • Experience recruiting within EMS
  • Ability to travel within assigned regions.
