Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Technician to join our integration business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Install cabling, field devices, headend equipment, and basic programming for a variety of low voltage systems
  • Analyze blueprints, schematics, and system drawings
  • Ensure projects are completed within state and local regulations, and project specifications
  • Participate in approved job-related training and development programs
  • Follow company and site safety guidelines utilizing best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Update & maintain project documentation
  • Ensure quality control for assigned task
  • Material management for assigned projects
  • Monitor and manage subcontractors
  • Responsible for updating management on the status of all work performed daily
  • Perform additional technician-related functions as assigned by management
  • Clean up work area daily
  • Maintain assigned vehicle and company equipment


Basic Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training in structured cabling, electronics, or a related field is a plus
  • Basic understanding of structured cabling principles, including copper and fiber optic cabling standards and installation techniques
  • Familiarity with electronic security systems, such as access control, CCTV, fire alarm, and intrusion detection, is desirable
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in cabling and electronic security installations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
