Are you ready to take the next step in your construction management career? Our Construction Division is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support project delivery from pre-construction through closeout. If you enjoy working closely with project teams, keeping complex projects on track, and growing your career in construction, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project management activities from pre-construction through closeout

  • Track project schedules, milestones, change orders, and budget variances

  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

  • Assist with reviewing subcontractor pay applications and invoices

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and logs

  • Support procurement of materials and equipment

  • Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar construction or project support role

  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project

  • Ability to work in our Oregon, WI office, with travel to sites as needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $80,000 - $105,000 annually
