What you will do

The Sales Engineer is a key technical contributor to our Southeast Enterprise Sales Team, responsible for helping meet or exceed the organization's annual financial commitments. This role serves as the enterprise technical authority for Software House CCURE 9000, CCURE IQ, VE and Illustra providing advanced pre-sales engineering, system architecture, demonstrations, and partner enablement in support of large-scale access control and integrated security deployments.

The position works closely with enterprise sales, business partners, consultants, integrators, application engineering, and product marketing to drive revenue, ensure solution accuracy, and accelerate adoption of CCURE across complex enterprise environments.

How you will do it

Revenue Enablement & Sales Support

  • Provide senior-level pre-sales support for all CCURE 9000 enterprise revenue-generating opportunities

  • Support achievement of 2026 Southeast Enterprise sales yearly targets

  • Act as technical escalation for complex or strategic enterprise accounts

  • Assist with migrations, audits, and modernization projects, supporting Professional Services revenue

CCURE 9000 Pre-Sales Engineering & Solution Design

  • Design and validate enterprise CCURE 9000 system architectures, including:

    • Distributed and global deployments

    • High availability and redundancy

    • Multi-site and multi-tenant environments

    • SDK and third-party integrations

  • Respond to RFIs, technical specifications, and security system design requirements

  • Support feature implementation design aligned with customer use cases

  • Perform customer pre-qualification and post-implementation audits

Demonstrations, Training & Technical Events

  • Deliver advanced CCURE 9000 technical demonstrations, system overviews, and enterprise webinars

  • Support and present at:

    • Trade shows

    • Road shows

    • Symposiums

    • Enterprise technical events

  • Participate in STAC (Sales Technical Advisory Council) initiatives

  • Work with application engineering to:

    • Configure CCURE 9000 demo environments

    • Prepare systems for trade shows

    • Support live and remote demonstrations

Partner, Consultant & End-User Enablement

  • Provide pre-sales application support for:

    • Business partners

    • Enterprise sales teams

    • Consultants

    • End users

  • Assist integrators and consultants with end-to-end CCURE 9000 solution design

  • Deliver pre-sales training and CCURE 9000 system overviews

  • Provide pre-sales support via phone, email, and applications

Product, SDK & Technical Expertise

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of CCURE 9000 hardware, software, and architecture

  • Support SDK-based and integrated solutions, including third-party system integrations

  • Stay current with new CCURE 9000 hardware and software releases

  • Collaborate with engineering and product marketing on:

    • New feature development

    • Product design and implementation strategies

  • Provide market and customer feedback to influence the CCURE 9000 product roadmap

What we look for

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or technical sales

  • 5+ years supporting enterprise access control systems

  • Strong hands-on experience with Software House CCURE 9000

  • Proven ability to support enterprise sales teams and channel partners

  • Experience delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and system training

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Software House certifications (CCURE 9000)

  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site, or global enterprise deployments

  • Knowledge of SDK integrations and third-party security systems

Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $80,000-107,000(Salary to be determined by the education,experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignmentwith market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take intoaccount volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis. This position includes acompetitive benefits package.
