DEI and CSR Intern- Summer 2026

Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is a shared service organization that delivers services to all Munich Re US P&C Companies and other group entities.

The Opportunity

As a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)/ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Intern, you will:

  • Develop an understanding of how DEI impacts company culture, employee's sense of belonging and the business overall
  • Gain knowledge of what CSR is and what initiatives support this focus
  • Increase knowledge of what careers are available in the insurance industry
  • Gain an understanding of how to work, develop and succeed in a corporate setting
  • Develop project management, event planning, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Support DEI & CSR Lead, NA and DEI Coordinator
  • Support Dare 2 Dream internship
  • Support Employee Resource Groups
  • Support our Charitable Giving and overall CSR programming
  • Admin support of DEI & CSR initiatives

Qualifications :

  • Preferred majors: HR, Psychology, DEI, CSR, Social Justice, Communications,
  • Grade Level - Rising Junior, Senior or Graduate student
  • Candidates should have a passion for DEI and social impact work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time and project management skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Proficient in computer applications: Microsoft Office; graphic design is a plus
  • Event Planning

This role will be based in Princeton. The base range for this internship will be $21 - $30 per hour. The hourly estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for candidates hired in this position in Princeton. Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate will include your specific skills, how many years of education and experience you have in comparison to other employees already in this role.
