Pay Range: $17.60 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Operates computer to change prices, product codes, date, time, label changes, etc. and to write on line sheets
2. Operates and troubleshoots package and case labelers
3. Correctly pack product in accordance to case amount
4. Visually inspects for quality, open wrap, broken trays, and leakers
5. Assist with placing liners into boxes
6. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10+hrs) on concrete/metal grate floor.
• Legible handwriting to write case counts and product codes
• Able to count, press correct buttons on machine for pricing and product coding
• Must be able to grasp trays and/or saddle packs weighing from 1-12 lbs. continuously
• Must be able to place chicken trays at 40 trays per minute and bag fryers up to 55 per minute, small trays at 60 per minute
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Basic math required.
