Overview

Administrative Control Analyst for the Temporary Services department.

Duties include, but are not limited to, answering the telephone, progressing forms, metrix development and maintenance capable of working with the Applecore software, Plant Engineering Work Order (PEWO) System and other database reports.

Applicant must be able to work with Microsoft suite, and other network systems, assist the Admin Office and Facilities Department staff as necessary.

Areas of responsibility will be:

    Maintaining safety statistics
  • Maintain MTC overtime
  • Manage and coordinate service awards
  • Complete department travel
  • Maintain department training to a delinquent percent of less than 5%
  • Maintain the Temp Services weekend support and OT binders
  • Proofread and distribute facilities notifications
  • Develop data collection and metrics for department manager
  • Track and facilitate completion of Manager commitments
  • Track and facilitate completion of Continuous Improvement Initiatives
  • Assist with ordering keys from security
  • Assist in resolving timekeeping / payroll discrepancies
  • Assist leadership with department hiring initiatives
  • Maintaining department employee records

This position will report directly to the Manager of Temporary Services.



Qualifications

Required:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of administrative experience with Microsoft Excel and Word - including using pivot tables.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of CMMS Software, MRPII and Applecore Software would be a plus
  • Exposure to submarine construction
