Executive Director of Clinical Services - Colonial, CA

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's Degree and BCBA Certified Professional in good standing in State of California required
• 5 years' experience providing behavior supports for individuals with IDD and with mental health diagnosis
• Demonstrated ability to write and edit clinical reports, protocols, and policy
• Proven efficiency with Microsoft word, Electronic Health Records Systems, with writing behavior plans, clinical case formulation and with conducting various assessments for diagnosing and behavior planning

We are seeking an Executive Director of Clinical Services to join our team.

Position Details

The Executive Director, CA IDD Clinical Services is responsible for the overall clinical oversight of IDD programs for the state of CA; assuring consistent execution of established policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and funding source requirements. This position directly supervisors the Clinical Directors, CA IDD Services and is responsible for hiring, training, and providing clinical supervision to the team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Earn up to $145,000 per year.
