Overview Job Title: Enterprise Risk Management Intern Location: Fairfield, NJ Duration: full-time (up to 40 hours per week), for a period of 10 weeks (June 8 - August 14) About Us: Our mission is to help clients achieve their financial goals both for today and tomorrow through financial expertise, strong leadership, and loyal relationships. Our Department: The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) department manages the Bank's capital and commercial real estate stress testing programs, as well as risk reporting to the Bank's Board of Directors and executive management team. In this capacity, ERM produces periodic and ad hoc reports and analytics on key topics that include, capital, asset quality, liquidity, sensitivity, and other non-banking risks, such as climate risk. ERM also oversees the Bank's Model Risk Management program. Job Overview: As an Enterprise Risk Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various risk management functions. You will work closely with the enterprise risk management team to support daily operations and contribute to ongoing projects. This internship is designed to provide you with practical experience and insights into the enterprise risk management field. Responsibilities
Support the ERM team in completing and enhancing periodic risk reports and updates to executive management
