The opportunity

Bhance is the world's largest platform for creatives, part of the Adobe family. Our iOS app serves over a million monthly active users, helping creatives showcase their work, grow their careers, and get paid.

We're looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to join our Mobile Engineering team. You should be fluent in Swift and SwiftUI, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. We value engineering-driven initiatives-if you have an idea, we expect you to champion it.

You'll adopt new iOS features as they emerge from WWDC, build SDKs used by flagship Adobe apps (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Fresco), and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit
  • Work with GraphQL via Apollo iOS for back-end integration
  • Build modular Swift Packages using SPM
  • Develop iOS platform features: Widgets, App Extensions, App Intents
  • Build and maintain SDKs consumed by flagship Adobe apps
  • Review code and mentor junior engineers

What you need to succeed

  • 7+ years shipping iOS apps through the App Store
  • Strong Swift and SwiftUI skills; working knowledge of UIKit and Objective-C
  • Experience with GraphQL (preferably Apollo iOS)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Fastlane, CircleCI) and testing (XCTest, XCUI)
  • Understanding of iOS platform capabilities: Widgets, Extensions, Intents, universal links
  • Awareness of accessibility (VoiceOver, Dynamic Type) and localization
  • Strong communication skills and desire to mentor others

Nice to have

  • Experience with image frameworks (Nuke, SDWebImage) or collection frameworks (IGListKit)
  • Experience building and distributing Swift Packages or XCFrameworks
  • Performance optimization experience (launch times, memory, battery)

This listing reflects our actual tech stack: Swift/SwiftUI/Objective-C, Apollo GraphQL, Swift Package Manager, Fastlane/Danger CI/CD, XCTest/XCUI, Widgets, App Extensions, and SDK development for Adobe flagship apps.
