Genesis10 is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our financial services client in Lake Mary, FL. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension and requires 4 days a week onsite and 1 day work from home. Summary: Assisting the clients Broker Dealer clients on day-to-day inquiries and escalations ranging from account opening, funds transfers, brokerage account maintenance and platform/web navigation. This role involves receiving phone calls and email inquiries from existing clients and assisting (often over a multi-day period) to provide complete and accurate resolution in a pleasant and helpful manner. Responsibilities: Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, responding to verbal and/or written inquiries, problem resolution, and timely account transaction processing. Executes all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of the underlying business and specific customer needs. Provides product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary. Investigates, corrects, and maintains customer accounts and statements in accordance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks. Enters and records customer and inquiry information in a computerized database. Helps resolve complicated customer complaints and coordinates with other departments to expedite inquiry resolution. Communicates problems or issues to management as needed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.. Requirements: Working background or education in financial services, ideally brokerage security or retail banking industry Proven ability to analyze complex data Strong organizational skills Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position. Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp to corp).
