Position Overview:
The Email Marketing Manager plans, develops, and manages all aspects of the email marketing program within the digital team, with the two main priorities: 1) growing unrestricted revenue primarily at the $1-10,000 level and 2) keeping the current base engaged with the Partners In Health (PIH) mission. They manage the program's strategy (including segmentation, testing, and supporter journeys), production (writing compelling fundraising messages and building them in mass communication tools), and execution of email campaigns (implementing various tests to maximize fundraising potential and reporting on results) for both new donor acquisition on email channels and ongoing cultivation efforts.
The Manager works under the direction of the Associate Director of Digital Marketing and manages the Email Associate, providing direction, delegation, and coaching. They work in close collaboration with the Development group to align fundraising efforts within the broader Resource Generation Branch (RGB). This position also collaborates closely with the other Marketing and Communications teams to make sure email fundraising content is consistent with other PIH messaging decisions and integrate content.

Pay and Benefits
The expected starting salary range for new hires in this position is between $75,000-$85,000/year and may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market for the position, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position belongs to a class of roles that have a salary range between $70,000 and $100,000/year. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with automatic employer contribution, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
