Summary:
The Supervisor, HR Data oversees the accurate and timely entry of employee data actions, transfers, and promotions, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. This role leads a team of HR data analysts and partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Data Management, Benefits, and Payroll. The Supervisor also oversees maintenance of regulatory compliance, and partners with HR stakeholders, Compliance, Legal, and Clinical Leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data actions, transfers, promotions, and other lifecycle events.
  • Maintain data integrity and alignment with HR, Payroll, and Benefits requirements.
  • Oversee the maintenance and auditing HR data and teammate records.
  • Lead, develop, and evaluate a team of HR data analysts.
  • Manage selection, training, scheduling, performance feedback, and ongoing coaching.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and team engagement.
  • Reviews team cases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely resolution.
  • Analyzes cases to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement, such as creating knowledge base articles and response templates.
  • Researches and resolves complex inquiries and escalated issues.
  • Leads service recovery efforts for calls/cases requiring additional outreach due to incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Engages with teammates and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal controls to ensure adherence to laws, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
  • Conduct regular audits.
  • Address discrepancies promptly and partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR teams as needed.
  • Monitor timelines and key milestones.
  • Proactively identify delays or barriers and resolve issues or escalate as necessary.

Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalency as outlined under experience.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
* No licensure required.
Professional Experience Requirements:
* If a Bachelor's degree: No prior experience required.
* If an Associate's degree: two (2) years of relevant experience
* If a High School diploma or GED: Six (6) years of relevant experience.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
* Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to details, and process oriented
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient with excel and possess the capabilities of being able to complete V-Lookups to obtain data when needed
* Demonstrated ability to maintain a confidential work environment, including handling issues with discretion, and good judgement
* Ability to manage workload and achieve results with minimal supervision.
