Koch Carbon, LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Koch Carbon Bulk Transfer (KCBX) team in Long Beach, CA. Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, the Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, productivity, and reliability. This role offers the opportunity to develop long-lasting industrial and bulk material handling skills while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment. The successful candidate will champion the PBM philosophy to build strong production capabilities, identify improvement opportunities, provide leadership to the operations team, and partner with site leadership to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship For this role, we anticipate paying $95,000- $115,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
