We are looking for a Process Engineering Intern for 2026 to gain experience by being involved with optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production efficiencies, and supporting product quality initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. What You Will Do * Support Process Engineers in the Strategic Performance Engineering team in the areas of: o 2D and 3D Design o Data Analysis o Time Studies o Material Movement Analysis o Investigating Area Layouts * Work from models, drawings, and or sketches provided by engineering to: o Review and update existing layouts o Support process moves, equipment layouts * Learn to make recommendations for cost reductions and improvements to increase efficiency. * Learn to use critical thinking skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. * Openly share job knowledge with co-workers and collaborate with cross-functional teams * Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Currently pursuing a bachelor's or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. * Basic experience using 2D & 3D CAD systems/models * Basic ability to read and interpret prints and drawings * Basic ability to use standard tools and measurement equipment * Ability to communicate and share knowledge with others What Will Put You Ahead * Previous internship or experience in a manufacturing environment At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
