The Divisions of Oncology and Hospital Medicine are seeking applicants for the cellular and immunotherapy hospitalist program. The Oncology Hospitalist team will manage the care for patients admitted for inpatient oncology care including cellular therapy, bi-specifics, solid tumor patients receiving immunotherapy and other oncology inpatients. Oncology Hospitalist Job Details: The Oncology Hospitalist Service is a collaborative program involving the Department of Medicine Hospitalist Division and the Inova Schar Oncology Service Line. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Doctor of Medicine degree or Doctor of Osteopathic degree from an accredited institution, Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Experience: Successful completion of an ACGME physician Internal Medicine residency program Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia and Virginia DEA Payor Credentialing: Ability to successfully complete the credentialing process by third-party payors and Ability to enrolled as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor Medical Staff Credentialing: Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services Preferred Qualification 3 years of experience in hospital medicine | |
