Marketing Materials Compliance Clerk - Part Time Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Marketing Materials Compliance Clerk for a 12-month contract position with a financial services organization located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a part-time position that is on-site 4 days per week.

Schedule: Consistent Monday-Friday hours to be determined. Open to 4 days a week.

Pay Rate: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Summary:
The Senior Marketing Materials Compliance Clerk provides assistance to the Marketing Materials Compliance team with operational tasks and change management support for key marketing technology change efforts. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and the ability to support documentation, communication, and collaboration across Northwestern Mutual applications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to the Marketing Materials Compliance team
• Assist with change management efforts related to marketing technology initiatives
• Support documentation, communication, and tracking of compliance-related activities
• Collaborate across NM applications and business partners to support compliance workflows
• Contribute to project outcomes through strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of related experience in compliance, marketing, or a similar field
• Demonstrated ability to successfully contribute to project-based work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience supporting documentation and communication efforts
• Experience working with data and/or Power BI is a plus
• Client registrations not required; candidate status is non-registered fingerprinted
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
• Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp to corp).
