Your Job Molex is rapidly growing and seeking a new Reliability Test Engineer to join our team in Lisle, IL. In this position you will evaluate mechanical test requirements to ensure cable designs and manufacturing processes produce high speed data cables that meet or exceed the customer's expectations. This position will focus on our BiPass Cable Technology and products. Our Team The Datacom & Specialty Solutions Division is dedicated to designing and delivering high-quality, high-speed data cable products for a variety of applications. Our team collaborates across multiple departments, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure we exceed customer expectations and uphold Molex's commitment to excellence. For this role, we anticipate paying $85,000- $120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
