This role ensures accurate and timely commission payments, maintains critical sales and commission data, and provides detailed reporting to support business decisions. The analyst also collaborates with sales teams, financial analysts, and auditors, while offering training and support to enhance program efficiency and compliance.

that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments.


  • Assist in managing commission programs for Eastern Division customers.
  • Verify and process marketing commission payments.
  • Ensure accuracy and adequacy of accruals for Eastern Division commission programs; explain significant variances between accruals and payouts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments in accordance with contractual terms.
  • Monitor agreement expirations and notify the Sales Team in advance to ensure timely renewals.
  • Support the Eastern Division in managing regional commission programs.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting related to Eastern Division commission programs.
  • Generate reports for Eastern Division customers to support commission payments.
  • Deliver analytical reports to Eastern Division Sales Teams to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Prepare monthly management reports detailing active programs, payment volumes, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with Division Financial Analysts to produce reports for regional commission program oversight.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the Eastern Division database.
  • Manage parent hierarchy and ensure accurate sales and commission data.
  • Support tracking mechanisms for Eastern Division programs, including account/job parent assignments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to validate data accuracy and provide necessary documentation for annual audits.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Train National Account Sales Teams on tools and reports for program management.
  • Support and train Division Financial Analysts on regional commission program processes.
  • Contribute to system enhancements aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to improve and streamline processes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in multitasking and preparing management reports.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with MicroStrategy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Quick adaptability to internal systems and tools.
  • Strategic thinking and performance improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • Six Sigma certification.
  • Field experience with Paint Store Group.
  • Experience presenting to large groups.
  • Experience as a field auditor.
  • Familiarity with Monarch software.
  • Experience with Access databases.
