In January 2020, the company announced its commitment to be carbon negative by 2030 and followed that announcement with goals for ecosystems, waste, and water. Microsoft Procurement's core focus is carbon. We are partnering acrossthe company toreduceemissionsfrom our supply chain by 55% by 2030.The Procurement Sustainabilitygroupis looking for a Sustainability Manager to jointheirteam.This positionwillplay a critical role inbuildingoutnew programmatic processesandcommunicatinginternally and externallyto support both suppliers and the business collectivelytoachieveMicrosoft's carbon negative goal. Candidates must have a proventrack recordinoperational excellence, communications,collaboration,andstakeholdermanagement, as well as a passion for sustainability. Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
