Job Summary: The Legal Intern will play an active role in supporting a dynamic, fast-paced Legal Department. This position offers meaningful, hands-on experience across a broad range of legal functions, providing valuable exposure to inhouse practice within the sports industry. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and revise contracts and related legal documents. Assist with corporate document management and collaborate with internal stakeholders on contract negotiation and execution Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on sports industry topics, corporate governance, and other relevant issues. Support attorneys with litigation matters. Contribute to special projects and other legal initiatives as assigned. Qualifications: Must be actively enrolled as a 1st or 2nd year law student. Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Must be located in St. Louis for the duration of the summer internship.
