Process Operator

Ensure production plants are operated safely, in compliance with applicable requirements, and on schedule to meet internal and external demands, specifications, and regulations.

• Complete required training and learn new processes as needed

• Operate plant equipment safely to meet productivity targets, including chemical charging per standard procedures

• Monitor processes and adjust control parameters to maintain quality and optimal operation

• Perform accurate shift turnovers and complete required documentation

• Maintain supplies, raw materials, and a clean, organized work area

• Perform physical and operational tasks such as material handling, equipment operation (e.g., forklifts), and routine cleaning

• Consistently demonstrate safe behaviors and hazard awareness to support a zero-incident culture

• Meet production schedules while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards

• Complete required certifications (e.g., HAZWOPER) and work safely in PPE, confined spaces, and at heights

• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Build and maintain knowledge of plant equipment, packaging systems, and processes

• Follow federal and state regulations related to safety, waste management, and environmental compliance

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency in math and written and spoken English

• Ability to work with computer-operated systems and programs

• Two years of experience in a process-related manufacturing environment preferred, but not required
