As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial services location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and assist with access control and badge processes. You will monitor assigned areas, respond to alarms and/or calls for service, document activity using computer or tablet tools, and deliver customer-focused support with clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter points, as directed by post orders.
• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying authorization where required, and directing visitors, vendors, and deliveries to the appropriate areas.
• Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation, and report maintenance concerns or unusual activity through established channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• - Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
• - Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• - Have customer service experience, preferred.
• - Be able to lift more than 20 lbs, preferred.
• - Have access control and/or badge experience, preferred.
• - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• - A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
