SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior FP&A Manager is a strategic leader within Finance responsible for driving advanced analytics, automation, and process optimization to enhance decisionmaking and operational efficiency. This role leads financial planning and analysis activities-including budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and scenario modeling-while championing technologyenabled solutions that deliver speedtoinsight and governance. The Senior FP&A Manager will work closely with Streck's Commercial organization and will partner with department heads to develop forecasts, create short and long-term business cases, identify productivity improvements, develop capital allocation plans, respond to inquiries from management and perform other duties as assigned by the Controller and/or Chief Financial Officer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
1.Build and maintain driverbased models, scenario analyses, and dashboards that explain revenue, margin, price/volume/mix interaction and cash flow performance across business segments.
2.Lead automation of budgeting, forecasting, and variance workflows leveraging financial performance management systems such as Planful and complementary reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) integrated with ERP and HRIS systems.
3.Own annual plan, long-range planning, re-forecasts, and monthly close analytics; deliver concise management reporting and insights.
4.Serve as the finance lead for key growth programs in our fastest growing segments; influence decisions with ROI and riskbased recommendations.
5.Define and govern KPI catalog and data definitions; ensure one source of truth across Finance and business functions.
6.Partner with IT and our Consolidations Administration team to optimize reporting entities, translation tables, and refresh cycles; ensure alignment with BI datasets.
7.Uphold GAAP and management reporting policy, ensure transparency of adjustments and pro forma views to ensure all compliance standards are met.
8.Lead team that includes a senior analyst, working closely with other members of the Finance organization involved in cost accounting and financial reporting; establish standards for modeling, documentation, and code review (templates, checks, reproducibility) and comprehensive reporting operations.
9.Support new product development phasegate economics, cap-ex/op-ex investment cases, and workingcapital optimization.
10.Support Treasury functions of the organization, including capital and interest rate risk management.
11.Other duties as assigned by management.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other financial-related discipline. MBA/CPA/CFA/CMA preferred.
*10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including team leadership.
*Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft 365; expertise with enterprise planning/reporting tools, BI tools and AI-enabled tools to drive analytics and financial decision making.
*Demonstrated success automating finance workflows and improving forecast accuracy.
*Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
*Expert or advanced Excel and Access experience; demonstrated competency with workbook and database creation, management and manipulation.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
*Strong knowledge of general accounting practices.
*Excellent problem identification and resolution skills.
*Ability to work independently and prioritize workload, and to collaboratively work with teams within the department and cross-functional groups.
*Ability to think strategically and apply results-oriented approach to implementation with a high degree of attention to detail.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT/TRAVEL DEMANDS:
The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (as in typical office or administrative work).
Travel demands for this position are estimated up to 5%. If travel is required, this travel may include customer visits, events/trade shows, and completion of presentations throughout Domestic US or International regions. Employees must comply with all travel recommendations regarding "safe travel" according to company policies and guidelines, and all federal, state, local, and international orders.
