Production Assembler - Temporary

  • Operate, set up, monitor, and perform basic troubleshooting on semi-automated filling, labeling, and finishing equipment.
  • Dispense, package, cap, torque, and assemble dry and/or wet products, components, and kits per approved procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain production areas, verify materials, perform line clearance, and ensure organized, compliant workspaces.
  • Perform in-process inspections; verify weights, counts, and specifications using visual and mechanical methods.
  • Accurately complete production and quality documentation while adhering to quality system, EHS, and PPE requirements.
  • Manage material flow and inventory (including forklift use, training provided), support audits, cross-training, special projects, and flexible shift coverage, including use of required respiratory protection
  • Occasional use of a full-face, supplied-air breathing mask is required.


How You'll Make An Impact



  • Ensure consistent output with efficient work practices, machine operation, and troubleshooting of finishing equipment to minimize downtime and optimize throughput.
  • Maintain product quality and regulatory compliance through accurate execution of manufacturing processes, in-process inspections, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by supporting housekeeping practices, waste reduction efforts, process improvements, and new product introductions.
  • Comply with established processes for hazardous waste handling, wastewater, and environmental emissions.
  • Promote a safe and accountable work environment by complying with PPE and safety requirements and proactively communicating production issues


What You Bring:



  • High school diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend instructions, and apply basic math, computer, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience operating and troubleshooting manual, semi-automatic, or automated production equipment (SAP experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, quality-focused, and accurate in execution
  • Team-oriented, flexible, able to prioritize work, and available for overtime or weekend shifts as needed



Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $17.79 to $24.52 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
