About the Role

Responsible for retrieving and fulfilling standard Data Management requests with direction from the Lead and Supervisor. This is an entry level position.


Your Impact

- National - all business units on Oracle/S21 use the Customer Data Base and Install Base.
- Retrieves equipment orders from CRM /document retrieval system and performs customer maintenance returning an accurate update along with necessary linkages in a timely manner.
- Retrieves requests from the Data Management mailbox - updates the system and returns the requests with the necessary information for requestor to complete their updates.
- Works with ancillary departments to resolve customer database issues while providing guidance to others to meet the needs of our Customers.
- Receives and resolves customer care tickets from all other Departments working them to completion.


About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
- Must be able to work overtime at the end of each month.
- Must be capable of sitting for extended periods of time and working on computer monitors.
- Capable of taking direction to learn problem solving skills. - Professional oral and written communication skills.
- Basic Excel skills required.
- Capable of working well in a team environment.
We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $17.20 - $21.84 hourly.

Workstyle Description

Hybrid - This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office three days a week and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days).
