Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Ops Associate to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Ensures operational accuracy and efficiency by auditing completed projects from the project management team to verify documentation, compliance, and quality standards
  • Responsible for submitting final invoicing to the billing department, researching and resolving discrepancies using a variety of analytical and problemsolving methodologies, and creating clear, accurate customer reports.
  • Must precisely enter and maintain data in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Excel while collaborating closely with multiple departments to support seamless project closeout and continuous operational improvement.


Basic Qualifications:



  • 0-3 years prior business or customer service related experience
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Basic MS Excel, Outlook and Word knowledge
  • Basis PC Hardware, Networking, CCTV, Access Control and Alarm knowledge a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with others as well as independently
  • Team player, flexible and resourceful
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
