Summary:The EHS Policy & Systems Development Leadis responsible fordesigning, implementing, andmaintainingEnvironmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and management systems that ensure regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and operational excellence across Trident Seafoods' operations. This role serves as a subject matter expert in EHS governance frameworks and system integration, enabling consistent standards and continuous improvement across all business units.The position supports integration of safety and environmental programs within the EHS Management System and Safety Management System but does not directly own specialized programs such as Process Safety Management. This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $120,000 to $130,000. Trident Seafoods offers a comprehensive and quality benefits package. Work Environment: This is an on-site position based at the Trident Support Center office in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. In-office time takes place in a typical office environment: temperature controlled with adequate lighting and moderate noise. While remote, employees must provide appropriate home office space.
