Strengthening TPA partnerships and proactively monitoring TPA performance through defined roles and responsibilities, enhanced reporting and funding processes, leading indications, review, collaboration and effective communication. Role Description: Are you passionate about ensuring operational excellence in third-party administrator (TPA) relationships? As the TPA Governance Manager, you'll be at the forefront of Safety National's claims oversight, serving as the central point of contact for TPA governance and performance management. You'll take the lead in managing TPA contracts, compliance, and audits, ensuring they meet both internal standards and regulatory requirements. In this role, you'll partner across departments to monitor performance dashboards, resolve escalated issues, and enhance data integrity. You'll lead structured onboarding and offboarding efforts, conduct strategic performance reviews, and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders. With your strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and relationship-building abilities, you'll play a vital role in upholding the service and integrity standards our clients expect.
