Senior Product Manager, Accounts & Identity

At PlayStation, every great gaming moment starts with reliable and secure access. The Accounts & Identity team designs and builds the identity systems that power access, protection, and confidence for millions of players across console, PC, mobile, and web.

Our team seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of PlayStation's Identity Platform spanning identity, account access, and scalable privacy foundations that protect user data and enable choice and control. This role helps shape platform-level capabilities supporting data rights, consent, and evolving privacy expectations, alongside secure and seamless access experiences. You'll partner with vertical teams, strengthen device and user trust, and evolve PlayStation's intelligent, risk-based platform for current and future generations of consoles and experiences.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Identity Platform that enables secure, frictionless player access across every PlayStation surface.
  • Partner with Product Security, Global Fraud, Privacy, Legal, Online Safety, and User Experience Design & Research to build trusted, player-friendly systems.
  • Collaborate with console, client, and server engineering groups to deliver scalable, reliable identity services and experiences.
  • Define measurable outcomes, success metrics, and indicators that track login reliability, account protection, and friction reduction.
  • Drive go-to-market and rollout readiness in partnership with marketing, regional, and support teams so new identity capabilities land smoothly worldwide.
  • Use data-informed insights to balance security, privacy, and convenience, ensuring PlayStation accounts stay secure and accessible.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive player experiences.
  • Represent the voice of the player and champion PlayStation values of passion, innovation, and inclusivity in every decision.



What We're Looking For

Must-have



  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of product management experience, including taking technical products from conception to launch in close partnership with engineering and design.
  • Proven success driving horizontal product strategies that span devices or services.
  • Proficiency discussing APIs, data models, and trust systems; strong analytical approach.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills



Nice-to-have



  • Experience in consumer identity, authentication, account security, fraud or risk signals in user flows.
  • Hands-on familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, FIDO2, or WebAuthn.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

In addition, this role

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$168,900 $253,300 USD
