Essential/Primary Job Functions

The candidate will be responsible for gathering and formatting data that is used to provide daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad hoc reports as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Export and format data from current software
  • Run scheduled reports as requested on a daily, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis
  • Build formula driven spreadsheets, charts and graphs

Other Skills and Abilities

  • To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following competencies:
  • Advanced reporting skills using Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Visual Basic
  • Accurate, High-Quality and Quick Response Time
  • Continuous Learning - Responsible for personal development by acquiring and refining technical and professional skills related to position; proactively seek performance feedback and identify approaches to improve performance
  • Verbal Communication - Express ideas and concepts clearly and efficiently and able to adjust style and methods for the audience; listen attentively, gather data, and understand content
  • Written Communication - Write clearly in English/Spanish, proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Communicate succinctly, factually and in an organized manner
  • Dependability - Dependable, punctual, and consistent without frequent unplanned absences; will coordinate through team-lead when absent; follows instructions and respond to managements directions
  • Prioritization/Time Management - Ability to multi-task, prioritize importance of tasks and efficiently and accurately execute on a schedule; use resources effectively; set goals and timetables to achieve maximum productivity; track both completed and incomplete activities
  • Teamwork - Able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Can coordinate and cooperate with others as part of a formal or informal team to accomplish departmental, divisional, and parent-company goals; works harmoniously with a team; contribute to and accept consensus

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2-years' experience creating financial reports
  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Products including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for learning and a clear ability to provide prompt high-level and responsive service
  • Displays a positive attitude, good communications skills, strong planning, execution, and work ethic required
