Client: Established organization (Fintech) Role: Senior Accountant - Treasury Pay Range: $100,000-$110,000 Location: Columbus, OH Job Description Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant - Treasury to join their growing finance team in Columbus, OH. This role blends general accounting and treasury responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced transactional environment. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing cash operations, supporting treasury functions, and ensuring accurate financial reporting while collaborating closely with accounting and finance leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage daily treasury operations including cash positioning, bank reconciliations, and cash forecasting Support cash flow analysis, liquidity management, and treasury reporting Perform general accounting duties such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close Partner with AR teams on cash application and high-volume transaction activity Assist with internal controls, audits, and process improvements Qualifications 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to treasury, accounts receivable (AR), and high-volume transactional environments Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close Experience with cash management, bank activity, and reconciliations Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA a plus, not required) Why This Role Broad exposure across accounting and treasury functions Opportunity to make an impact in a growing organization Collaborative, team-oriented environment Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
