Position Overview A major technology client is anticipating a significant increase in breakfix support tickets over the next six months for one of their large-scale enterprise accounts. Due to limited internal bandwidth, they are seeking a vendor support team to manage the incoming ticket queue and ensure all service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. Technicians will focus on rapid response, issue resolution, and coordination with onsite leadership to maintain uptime and operational reliability across the customer's data center environments. Key Responsibilities * Manage and prioritize a high volume of breakfix support tickets within established SLAs. * Perform data center hardware tasks including server installation, removal, racking, stacking, and component replacement. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware failures across servers, storage devices, and network equipment. * Execute cabling tasks such as running, labeling, dressing, terminating, and verifying connections. * Document work performed and update ticketing systems with clear, detailed notes. * Follow direction from onsite technical leadership to ensure consistent workflow and adherence to operational standards. * Support both data center locations as needed. Experience Level Intermediate - ideal for technicians with solid hands-on data center experience who can work independently but still collaborate with onsite leadership. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Goodyear, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
