Site Supervisor - Aston, PA

Highschool Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

1-3 years of mental health and supervisory experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required.

Ability to work with a diverse population and work within a team environment is preferred.

Proficiency with both oral and written communication.

The site supervisor will oversee the direct care workers In the Delco Crozerville CRR residential program, which is located at 312 Crozerville Rd, Aston Pa 19014

General Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day functional guidance to the Direct Care Workers at the site; ensure that there is adequate staffing, support/supervision at all times within budget guidelines.
• Assist in assessing, designing, and implementing each consumer's treatment plan to include completion of all required documentation and attendance at all treatment plan meetings.
• Communicate with nursing support to ensure safety and emergency procedures including medication protocols and health supports.
• Perform chart audits as required and
• Facilitate continued development and growth of family relationships/bonds

Earn $20.94 an hr.
