Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Location: Irondale, AL 35210
Pay : $25.00 Per hour

26-00795 Position Summary
The IT Support Specialist provides frontline technical support to ensure field teams have reliable, secure access to IT systems and tools. This role serves as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting, documenting, escalating, and resolving a wide range of hardware, software, network, and cloud-related issues in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Field and resolve IT support calls and tickets
Provide on-site IT support and assist with onboarding
Troubleshoot PCs, peripherals, AV, network, and enterprise systems
Document issues, resolutions, and procedures
Escalate and coordinate complex issues as needed
Support access management, integrations, and system deployments
Qualifications & Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of IT support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
Understanding of network architecture and security fundamentals
IT certifications (A+, Network+, Security+, MS900) a plus
Technical Skills (Preferred)
Experience with tools such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, Cisco/Fortinet networking, VoIP, SCCM, PowerShell, MDM, and asset management systems. Physical Requirements
Ability to perform on-site hardware installation and troubleshooting, including lifting equipment and working under desks.
