Position Title: Forklift Operator
Wage: $19.00 per hour Shift: 1st, 2nd Hours: 5:45am-2:15pm (Mon-Fri); 7:30am-4:00pm (Mon-Fri); 2:30pm-11:00pm (Mon-Thurs) We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and production operations at a company in Montgomery City, MO. This role involves unloading incoming materials, moving products to designated storage or shipment areas, and transporting raw materials to production workstations. The ideal candidate will inspect equipment for safety and maintenance needs, accurately track inventory and activity logs, and identify any product damage or shortages. A strong commitment to company policies, legal guidelines, and maintaining a safe, organized facility is essential. Forklift Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned locations. - Locate and move products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment. - Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies. - Transport raw materials to production workstations. - Inspect machinery to ensure safety and determine maintenance needs. - Maintain accurate inventory records and activity logs. - Comply with company policies and legal guidelines. - Help maintain a safe and orderly facility environment. Forklift Operator Requirements: - Recent and proven forklift operating experience. - Valid forklift certification. - Strong attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment. - Excellent coordination. - High school diploma or equivalent.
