Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager, Data Centers, to join our dynamicMarketing Department. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for for the development, implementation, and strategic execution of integrated marketing plans that support business growth across the Data Center industry. This role leads strategic marketing initiatives for architecture, engineering, geospatial, and consulting solutions, driving brand awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth.

This position combines strategic leadership, industry insight, and hands on execution. The Senior Marketing Manager works closely with Market Directors, Sector Leaders, Business Development, and subject matter experts to position the firm as a trusted partner within this fast-growing industry.

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

What You Will Do:

Strategic Marketing & Industry Leadership:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies aligned with Data Center business plan.
  • Serve as the primary marketing lead for assigned industry, translating business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives that support pipeline growth and market differentiation.
  • Conduct industry, client, and competitive research to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and strategic positioning.
  • Identify cross sector and cross market opportunities that enhance industry offerings and expand client reach.


Marketing Programs & Campaign Execution:



  • Plan and manage industry focused marketing programs and campaigns, including conferences, sponsorships, client events, association involvement, webinars, thought leadership campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee development of marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, presentations, videos, email campaigns, and social media content, ensuring brand consistency and industry relevance.
  • Support client capture strategies by partnering with Business Development and technical teams on pursuit-specific marketing efforts.


Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:



  • Work closely with Market Directors, Sector Leaders, and Sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and communications teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry associations, conferences, and influencers relevant to Data Centers.


Brand, Communications & Performance:



  • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with corporate brand standards and messaging.
  • Manage marketing budgets for assigned industries and track performance against goals.
  • Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on performance data and business priorities.


What You Will Bring:



  • Must have a BA/BS and ten (10) years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within professional services, AEC, technology, industrial, or manufacturing related industries
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing industry specific go to market strategies
  • Strong understanding of complex, technical services and the ability to translate them into compelling messaging
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across cross functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong skills in digital marketing, analytics, marketing automation tools, and CRMs
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Must possess expert Microsoft Office suite skills


Preferred Experience:



  • Experience marketing services related to data centers or missioncritical infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with client capture support, proposal coordination, or business development strategy.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization supporting multiple stakeholders.


Travel:



  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pay Range
$101,200 $126,500 USD
