Knowledge Management Specialist Job Locations

Position Summary The Knowledge Management Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining strategies, processes, and tools that enable the effective capture, organization, and sharing of knowledge across the organization. This role focuses on assisting with site maintenance, troubleshooting, and helping teams organize and share information effectively. The ideal candidate will have technical experience in MS365 combined with experience in organizational knowledge management, enabling teams to efficiently access, share, and leverage critical business information. This is a hybrid position based out of Odyssey's corporate headquarters in Wakefield, MA required to support from office 3 days per week. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: MS365 Technical Expertise Assist with maintaining the SharePoint Online environment, including site structures, permissions, metadata, and governance.
