We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced talent acquisition professional to play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and securing top-tier licensed financial professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives that directly support the expansion and success of vital client-facing organizations. You will be instrumental in identifying and engaging the best talent, ensuring our client continues to deliver exceptional service and expertise to its diverse client base.

What You'll Do:



  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, processes, and capabilities that align with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Human Resources to identify, attract, and secure high-quality candidates for challenging-to-fill roles across all levels.
  • Design and execute end-to-end recruiting processes, from initial intake to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of position requirements, organizational impact, and expectations, while providing valuable market insights and education.
  • Identify and leverage optimal online sourcing channels and organize targeted industry outreach events to proactively engage and attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Rigorously assess candidate quality, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with organizational values and role demands.
  • Manage a robust requisition load, effectively balancing the demands of up to 25 unique roles across various geographies and with multiple hiring leaders.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of labor markets and talent pools within the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Extensive experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to manage up to 25 unique requisitions simultaneously.
  • Prior experience recruiting within the financial services, banking, or wealth management industries across multiple geographies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations, licensing, credentials, and the competitive talent landscape.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, ready to contribute effectively from day one.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • At least 6 years of dedicated recruiting experience.
