This role is perfect for someone who brings both analytical rigor and creative intuition to building assortments that resonate with today's performance athlete.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for driving the consumer product offering across multiple merchandising dimensions for Women's Running Apparel in the APLA market. Working both autonomously and collaboratively, you'll:

  • Build consumer-centric assortment plans that blend data-driven insights with marketplace intuition
  • Participate in seasonal reviews and assortment planning in partnership with marketplace-focused merchants
  • Balance multi-season management-from gathering in-market insights to informing future line plans
  • Translate consumer, sales, trend, and marketplace insights into breakthrough strategies
  • Prepare seasonal tools and materials to equip marketplace partners with clear seasonal priorities
  • Influence product offerings end-to-end, from early insights through to adoption

Who You Are

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in footwear, apparel, and/or accessories merchandising, product creation, or retail (vertical, multi-brand, or digital environment)
  • Strong passion for product, consumer insights, and trend identification
  • Proven retail metrics expertise-deep understanding of sell-through, margin, full-price realization, weeks of supply, and other key performance indicators
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with commitment to consistency and excellence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in performance sports categories (Running, Fitness/Training, Outdoor) or apparel industry
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence within matrix organizations
  • Track record of cross-functional partnership with Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Previous experience in similar corporate environments (faster ramp-up time)

Who You'll Work With

You'll collaborate closely with fellow merchants and cross-functional partners across Global, Territory, and Geo Merchandising, Planning, and Brand Marketing teams. You'll also partner with Finance, Operations, and Insights & Analytics teams, leveraging business reporting on sales, inventory, and consumer behaviors.

What We Value

We're looking for a great teammate who brings energy, curiosity, and a solution-oriented approach. You should be agile, comfortable working in ambiguity, and excited to contribute to an inclusive and progressive team dynamic.
