Your work will ensure customers can get productive quickly, supported by highquality documentation, training, and handson examples that remove friction and accelerate adoption. THE PERSON: You are a technologist at heart with a passion for teaching, storytelling, and customer success. You enjoy digging into complex systems and translating them into clear, practical guidance for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
