Business Process Analyst Internship (30854)

EBARA Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Analyst Intern to join our Purchasing and Sales Order Management team. In this role, you'll help analyze, improve, and document data management and service processes that will support future technology initiatives. This internship is ideal for someone with a strong interest in business analytics, process improvement, and project-based work supporting purchasing and supply chain operations.

What You'll Do

• Analyze data and map current-state processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Support the design and implementation of improved processes, tools, and technologies within purchasing and supply chain operations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to recommend process changes and help ensure smooth adoption with minimal operational disruption
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive alignment and informed decision-making
• Develop clear process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process maps

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
• Proficiency with Excel (including Power Query) and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate across teams and clearly communicate insights and recommendations
