Job Title: Project Manager We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. In addition to playing a key role in driving high-priority projects, you will see first-hand what it takes to stand up a Project Management Organization at a fast-growing organization. This role will report to the Director, Project Management, and sits within the Office of the CEO. Key Responsibilities: - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules. - Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Ensure proper resource allocation and budget tracking. Required Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in project management. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Hybrid, Lean). Preferred Qualifications: - Strong leadership and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments. - Growth mindset. - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus. The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be $80,000 - $110,000 (not including discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits). The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry, education, and internal equity.
