Job Title: Senior Appian Developer Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end delivery of Appian applications, from requirements and design through deployment and ongoing support - Lead the architecture and technical design of Appian solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability - Design and develop advanced Appian components including process models, interfaces (SAIL), records, reports, and data stores - Drive and implement integration strategies with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs - Partner closely with business stakeholders to shape requirements, challenge assumptions, and propose effective solutions - Establish and enforce Appian development standards, governance, and best practices - Identify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects - Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Appian developers and team members - Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and security standards - Contribute to release planning, deployment strategies, and post-release support Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience - 5+ years of overall application development experience, with 3+ years on the Appian platform - Proven experience leading Appian implementations or serving as a technical owner on projects - Deep expertise in Appian SAIL, process modeling, records, data stores, and expression rules - Strong understanding of Appian architecture and performance tuning - Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and external system connectivity - Strong SQL and data modeling skills - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: - Appian Senior Developer Certification - Experience designing enterprise-scale or mission-critical applications - Working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or plug-in development - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps practices - Experience in healthcare, government, or other regulated industries Why Join PRI? - 100% remote work environment - Collaborative and mission-driven culture - Opportunities for professional growth and development - Competitive compensation and benefits EEO Statement: Provider Resources, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be $142,000 - $195,000 (not including discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits). The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry, education, and internal equity.
